The location is quite good and the staff is consistently nice.
The room was furnished in a rustic way and unfortunately smelled like it. It is almost unbearable when the window is closed. The noise of numerous seagulls added some negative. It was nice that there were free earplugs in the room.

Super nice staff. Our neighbours had a bachelor party and we were afraid to have a restless night, but on request we got another room without any problems, which absolutely exceeded our expectations. Good breakfast - super central location. Parking garage right around the corner.

The property was excellent value and well priced. Very friendly staff with great service provided.- The location in Aberdeen was magnificent, within a short walk to the train station, theatre, Union Street, Union Square, and 2 nightclubs/pubs.- The hotel was conveniently located 2 km away from Balnagask Golf Course.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Aberdeen. There are 4 car parks which cost 10 pounds a day. The room was practically equipped. Breakfast and dinner in our own restaurant were very tasty. The employees are very friendly. A good starting point for exploring Aberdeen.
Unfortunately, our room had a view of the back street, so we couldn't open the window. The vent of a nearby restaurant blew directly on our window. The parking is expensive and the parking lots are very hidden around the corner.

Typical small English hotel with a flair in the centre of Aberdeen. Good beds. Very nice for a few days in Aberdeen (don't forget earplugs because of the loud seagulls ;-)
There was no closet.

The Queen room on the lower floors had all the essentials. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access shopping, transportation stations, Union Square, and various bars and restaurants in Aberdeen.

Very good location, close to city centre/rail station/bus staiton/port.
Room (especially bathroom) was rather small, as single rooms often are.

Old building with charm. You can book parking spaces in an old warehouse in front of the hotel parking, then an employee accompanies you to the parking garage.
The restaurant is upscale, but a little too expensive

The location was very central, just next door to a restaurant and a pub. Everything was modern, including excellent breakfasts with very tasty black pudding, bacon, and orange juice.

Beautiful ambience, tastefully furnished. A makeup mirror on the desk, bravo! And a bathtub is great!
Unfortunately the room was very cold and didn't get any warmer overnight. There were earplugs on the bedside table to block out the noisy traffic.

Very handy to centre of city and railway station. Room had most of what I want from a hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room had very little natural light coming into it so made it quite dark. Also I was surprised there were no tea or coffee making facilities ie kettle or cups
